Hey everyone. Here's a couple of sneak peak recipe tests from the past week...
Our smoked wagu beef and gruyere pressed sandwich (A.K.A "Mr Crispy") on grain organic sourdough w/ horseradish creme friache and house made bread & butter pickles.
And for all the sweet toothed diners out there... the Faux cheese cake! sweetened lemon creme friache w/ ginger spiced cookies and macerated organic strawberries.
