Welcome to Stink town with Petit Liverot!
Here at TSB headquarters we've been doing some extensive testing and have found the smelliest washed rind to have ever graced our shelves. The Petit Liverot is washed in a salt water solution and was originally made by village monks in Normandy. It is nicknamed The Colonel because it is bound with straps of rush or paper reminiscent of a Colonel’s stripes. The taste and smell of Livarot have both mellowed over the years, but it still packs quite the punch.
