We have been playing around with some seafoodlicious ideas for autumn and have come up with a new dish. Introducing our seafood cassoulet with house made sausage, clams, mussels and squid in a rich tomato white bean sauce. Perfect with a glass of Farr Rising Gamay from the sea side town of Geelong.
