  • How to change the low stock alert level for ordering.

Low stock alerts are handy when ordering, it will bring certain wines to your attention when you reach the number or go below the alert level.  Generally wine by the bottle has an alert number of 3 and a wine by the glass has an alert number of 6.  If a wine is moving fast and you find you are running out each week, increase the by the bottle to 6 and by the glass to 8 then 12.
