We will explore the sweetness of the milk at Gowrie Farm, enjoy fresh milk from the morning milking being used in our hands on cheese making class. 

The class will delve into fresh cheese from around the world:  

  • Making a traditional Italian Ricotta

  • Tastings of the traditional Maltese cheese ‘Ġbejniet

  • Making a modern Haloumi (and eating it)… this originally Cypriot cheese

  • Tastings of the staple cheese of Germany and other Eastern European countries with different names such as Quark and Tvorok

  • Finally you’ll get to make Shanklish a Lebanese/Syrian cheese blending it with traditional herbs and spices

Price: $160 pp

What’s included?

Gowrie Farm’s cheese grazing board & wine will be available at all the time to be looked and specially eaten!

A local farmer right next to us making exceptional cheeses and drive us into the cheesiest experience!
